~Traditional Irish FloCo Coffee Recipe~
1 Cup Fresh Brewed FloCo Coffee, Strong
1 Tablespoon Raw Sugar
1 Jigger Irish Whiskey
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream, preferably Kalispell Kreamery
Pour Heavy Cream into a mason jar with lid and shake vigorously until thick, set aside.
Fill footed glass or coffee mug with hot water to preheat, then empty. Add Sugar and Hot FloCo Coffee to glass and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour in Irish Whiskey and stir to combine.
Top Irish Coffee with a heaping spoon of thick cream and watch it slowly melt into your coffee.
